Germany extradited ex-Head of StateGeoCadastre image

Germany extradited to Ukraine the former head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Kyiv region, Lyudmila Prykhodko, whom the NABU and SAPO suspect of involvement in the seizure of over 1,200 hectares of land in Pushcha-Vodytsa and Fastiv in the Kyiv region.

This was reported by the press services of NABU and SAPO, but they did not mention the name of the person involved. According to media reports, this is Prykhodko.

One of the participants of an organized group that seized land plots near Kyiv with an area of ​​over 1,200 hectares worth over UAH 1.8 billion has been extradited to Ukraine. This is the former head of the State Geocadastre Directorate in Kyiv region. Since March 5, 2024, the suspect has been on the international wanted list. In March 2025, the person was detained in Germany and Ukraine's extradition request was later granted. The suspect was handed over to NABU officers at the Krakivets-Korchova international road checkpoint

The person was taken to court, where a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen for him with the alternative of posting a bail of UAH 10 million.

Previously, Bulgaria extradited to Ukraine the director of the private company UZelectro, Natalia Koltysheva, whom the NABU and SAPO suspect of involvement in a scheme to appropriate UAH 94.8 million during the purchase of transformers by JSC Ukrzaliznytsia during martial law.
