Appeal Filed Against Sentence of Former Nikopol DSA Head

The Appellate Chamber of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court will consider the appeal against the verdict, which sentenced the former head of the Nikopol District State Administration of Dnipropetrovsk Region Hennadiy Zimin, land surveying engineer Victor Selin and entrepreneur Tetiana Gilka to 7 years of imprisonment.

As you know, the anti-corruption court found Zimin, Selin and Gilka guilty . Each of them was sentenced to imprisonment for 7 years and confiscation of half of the property. The prosecutor and the defense filed appeals against this verdict.

Open appellate proceedings on the appeals of: the deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office, defense attorneys in the interests of the accused and the accused's appeal against the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated October 9, 2024.
