SAPO appeals acquittal of Kharkiv commercial court judge
The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed a cassation appeal against the verdict acquitting the judge of the Commercial Court of Kharkiv Region, Tetyana Denisyuk, of charges of abuse related to the gas case of former MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko.
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court acquitted the judge of the Economic Court of Kharkiv Region Denysiuk. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed an appeal against this verdict. The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court dismissed the prosecutor's appeal. Therefore, the SAPO appealed the verdict to the Supreme Court.
Leave the prosecutor's cassation appeal without action. Set the prosecutor a five-day period to eliminate the indicated shortcomings from the date of receipt of a copy of the ruling.
