SAPO to send ex-prosecutor Kulyk case to court
After June 30, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will refer to court criminal proceedings on suspicion of abuse of power by the former Deputy Head of the Department of the Prosecutor General's Office, Konstantin Kulik.
It was until this date that the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of June 3 limited the time for the defense to review the investigation materials.
To set a deadline for the defense, namely: the suspect (Kulyk), his defense attorneys, as well as other persons who will have the authority of defense attorneys in criminal proceedings, until June 30, 2026 inclusive, to familiarize themselves with the materials of the pre-trial investigation, after which the defense will be considered to have exercised its right to access them
Konstantin Kulyk is a suspect in the EBK database.
Previously, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office completed the pre-trial investigation into the case of the former Deputy Head of the Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, Konstantin Kulik .
