SAP Seeks to Confiscate National Police Inspector’s Assets

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requests the confiscation of the apartment and Lexus LX450D car of Ihor Zabroda, inspector of the patrol police response sector of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region.
This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, without mentioning the name of the defendant.
According to media reports, this is Zabroda and his wife Maryna, for whom a 127.5 square meter apartment in Kharkiv in a new building and a 2018 car have been registered.
On February 4, 2025, the SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to declare assets worth UAH 7.8 million unfounded and recover them to the state revenue (civil confiscation), used by the family of a police officer of the Kharkiv District Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region.
According to the SAPO prosecutor, the police officer's wife used an apartment in Kharkiv, as well as a luxury car Lexus LX450D. The ownership of the specified property was registered in the name of the police officer's wife, but an analysis of their income and expenses established the impossibility of acquiring these objects from legal sources.
We will remind, NABU and SAPO completed the investigation into Pashynsky's case.
We also wrote that the SAPO will refer the case of developer Hlimbovsky to court.
