NABU and SAP Completed the Investigation into Pashynskyi’s Case

NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation into the suspicion of former MP Serhiy Pashynskyi and businessman Serhiy Tyshchenko in the seizure of nationalized oil products of oligarch Serhiy Kurchenko worth approximately UAH 817 million.

This was reported by the press services of the authorities, without specifying the names of the suspects. According to media reports, these are Pashinsky and Tyshchenko.

The SAPO prosecutor has decided to complete the pre-trial investigation in the case of 7 members of a criminal organization who seized oil products worth a total of UAH 817 million, arrested in the case of the owner of the so-called group of companies "Eastern European Fuel and Energy Company", who was part of the criminal organization headed by the former President of Ukraine. Today, NABU detectives, on the instructions of the SAPO prosecutor, have opened the case materials to the defense for review
