Odesa judge released under personal obligation by HACC

The High Anti-Corruption Court refused to place Serhiy Vysotsky, a judge of the Bolhrad district court of Odessa region, under 24-hour house arrest and released him on bail. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses him of inciting a person to bribery and fraud.
Earlier, the court placed Judge Vysotsky under house arrest. He was given the following obligations: to appear upon request; to hand over his foreign passports; to refrain from communicating directly and indirectly with certain individuals, and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the case was sent to court and Judge Vysotsky was left without a preventive measure. Therefore, the SAPO prosecutor requested to send the accused under 24-hour house arrest again.
The prosecutor's motion is partially granted. A preventive measure in the form of a personal bond is applied to the accused.
The following obligations were imposed on the accused judge Vysotsky: to appear at the prosecutor's and court's request; to hand over his foreign passports; to refrain from communicating directly and indirectly with certain persons; to wear an electronic monitoring device. The obligations are valid until May 6.
Let us remind you that Sergey Vysotsky is a person involved in the EBK base.
