HACC Seizes Apartment of Former Poltava TCP Deputy Head
The High Anti-Corruption Court confiscated the apartment of the former deputy head of the Poltava Regional TCP and Joint Venture Oleksandr Kotyukh and his mother worth UAH 1.92 million.
This was reported by the press service of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, without mentioning the name of the defendant.
According to "Word and Deed", it is about Kotyukh.
On January 20, the panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the civil lawsuit of the SAPO against the family of the deputy head of the Poltava Regional TCP and the Joint Venture to recognize the assets as unfounded and their recovery into the state income. The HACC recognized the asset, namely an apartment in the city of Poltava, as unfounded. The decision enters into force after the deadline for filing an appeal by all participants in the case, if an appeal has not been filed
We will remind, earlier in Vinnytsia region a DTCP employee was detained for taking a bribe.
