The high anti-corruption court extended until December 25 the term of office of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee Pavlo Kyrylenka.

NABU and SAP suspect him of illegal enrichment and unreliable declaration.

As you know, the anti-corruption court refused to arrest Kyrylenka and released him on bail of UAH 30.28 million. He was also assigned the following duties: to arrive at the first request; notify about a change of residence; not to leave Kyiv without permission; refrain from communicating with witnesses; deposit foreign passports and wear an electronic bracelet.

The SAP prosecutor asked to extend the duties for two months.

To extend the term of duty of the suspect (Kyrilenko - ed.) for two months - until December 25, 2024

We will remind, according to the version of the investigation, in 2020-2023, the specified person, holding the position of the head of the Donetsk regional state administration, acquired 21 objects of real estate and 1 luxury car by registering the right of ownership to his wife's relatives.
