HACC Extends Obligations for MP Kormyshkina Until February 18 image

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of People's Deputy Iryna Kormyshkina until February 18, 2025. NABU and SAPO suspect her of illicit enrichment.

This was reported by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, without specifying the name of the suspect. According to "Slovo i Dilo", it is Kormyshkina.

As is known, the Supreme Administrative Court released People's Deputy Kormyshkina on bail from the head of the "Servant of the People" faction, David Arakhamia, and the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim. She is obliged to: report a change in her place of residence and place of work; hand over her foreign passports and refrain from communicating with the persons specified in the investigative judge's ruling. The SAPO prosecutor requested that the duties be extended for another two months.

On December 18, 2024, the investigating judge of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court, at the request of the NABU detective, approved by the SAPO prosecutor, extended the procedural obligations imposed on the People's Deputy of Ukraine, who is suspected of illicit enrichment. The term of the obligations was extended for another two months
