Nardepka Kormyshkina was released on the bail of Arahamia and Kim

The higher anti-corruption court released Irina Kormyshkina (former Allahverdieva) on personal bail. The guarantors were the head of the "Servant of the People" faction, David Arakhamia, and the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaly Kim.

This was reported by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, without naming the suspect. However, according to the media, it is about Kormyshkina.

Previously, NABU and SAP requested the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail with additional obligations, but the court rejected this request. After that, NABU and SAP filed another appeal to the court.

On October 23, 2024, the Investigating Judge of the State Criminal Court of Ukraine chose a preventive measure in the form of a personal guarantee for a People's Deputy of Ukraine, who is suspected of illegal enrichment. The guarantors were the head of the parliamentary faction Davyd Arakhamiya and the head of the regional military administration Vitaly Kim

The deputy is obliged to notify of a change of residence, to hand over foreign passports for safekeeping and to refrain from communicating with persons determined by the court. These duties are valid for two months.

It will be recalled that NABU and SAP have raised suspicions against People's Deputy Irina Kormyshkinia in the case of illegal enrichment . According to the investigation, during 2021-2022, she acquired assets whose value exceeds her official income and savings by more than UAH 20 million. For these unsubstantiated funds, the narodepka through a legal entity purchased a house near Odesa, where she currently lives.
