HACC Extends Investigation of Kyrylenko Until December
The higher anti-corruption court extended until December 14 the deadline for the investigation of the case on the suspicion of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenka, in illegal enrichment and unreliable declaration. Such a decision was made by HACC on November 6, "Word and Deed" reports.
Grant the request. Extend the period of pretrial investigation in criminal proceedings to four months, that is, until December 14, 2024 inclusive. The decision enters into force from the moment of its announcement

We will remind, according to the version of the investigation, in the years 2020-2023, the specified person, holding the position of the head of the Donetsk regional state administration, acquired 21 objects of real estate and 1 luxury car by registering the right of ownership to his wife's relatives.
As you know, the anti-corruption court refused to arrest Kyrylenka and released him on bail of UAH 30.28 million. He was also assigned the following duties: to arrive at the first request; notify about a change of residence; not to leave Kyiv without permission; refrain from communicating with witnesses; deposit foreign passports and wear an electronic bracelet.
