HACC Extends Terms Alla Kyrylenko’s Duties

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of the duties assigned to Alla, the wife of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, until December 5. At the same time, she was allowed to move freely around Ukraine.
As is known, the anti-corruption court set a bail of UAH 9 million for Kyrylenko's wife Alla. Later, the bail was reduced to UAH 242,240. She was given the following obligations: to appear at every summons; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission; to report a change of residence; to refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court ruling; to hand over her international passports for safekeeping.
The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that these obligations be extended for another two months.
