HACC Extends Shcherbyna Case Investigation image

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended until December 4 the investigation into the case of suspicion of Oleksandr Shcherbina, a judge of the Pavlohrad City District Court of Dnipropetrovsk region, in receiving illegal benefits.

This decision was recently made by the HACC.

The motion is partially granted. To extend the term of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on suspicion (of Shcherbina) of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, up to four months, i.e. until December 4, 2025

We note that Oleksandr Shcherbyna is a person involved in the EBK database.

It was previously reported that the High Council of Justice suspended until October 4 the judge of the Pavlohrad City District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Oleksandr Shcherbyna, from administering justice.
