HACC to Hear Kyrylenko Case on Merits

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled for consideration on the merits of criminal proceedings against the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, for charges of illegal enrichment and false declaration.
To schedule a trial in criminal proceedings on the charges of Pavlo Oleksandrovych Kyrylenko of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 2 of Art. 366-2, Art. 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for August 28, 2025 at 12:00 in the premises of the HACC. The trial shall be held in open court
Pavlo Kyrylenko is a suspect in the EBK database.
As a reminder, NABU and SAPO reported suspicions to the head of the AMCU, Pavlo Kyrylenko. According to the investigation, in 2020-2023, Kyrylenko, while serving as head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, acquired 21 real estate properties and one luxury car by registering ownership rights for his wife's relatives.
As is known, the anti-corruption court refused to arrest Kyrylenko and released him on bail of UAH 30.28 million. He was also given the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; to report a change of residence; not to leave Kyiv without permission; to refrain from communicating with witnesses; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
We also previously reported that investigators have completed the investigation into Pavlo Kyrylenko. He is suspected of failing to declare 20 real estate properties and a BMW X3 registered to his wife's relatives.
