HCJ Revokes Ex-Judge Bulka’s Pension

The High Council of Justice has terminated the resignation of Volodymyr Bulka, a judge of the Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region, due to the entry into force of the verdict. His lifetime financial support has been canceled.

The HCJ decided: to terminate the resignation of Judge Bulka Volodymyr Igorovych in connection with the entry into force of the conviction against him for committing an intentional crime

Let us remind you that Volodymyr Bulka  is a person involved in the EBK base.

Previously, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court reduced   the sentence imposed on retired judge of the Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region, Volodymyr Bulka, from 6 to 5 years of imprisonment .
