HCJ suspends appellate commercial court judge
The High Council of Justice has suspended Lyudmila Kropivna, a judge of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal, from considering court cases until the end of the consideration of her criminal proceedings for illegal enrichment and false declaration.
The motion of the Deputy Prosecutor General - Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, Oleksandr Vasylyovych Klymenko, shall be granted. To temporarily suspend the judge of the Northern Appeal Economic Court, Lyudmila Volodymyrivna Kropyvna, from administering justice in connection with the criminal prosecution until the verdict enters into legal force or the criminal proceedings are closed.
Previously, the High Anti-Corruption Court applied a preventive measure to Judge Kropivna.
