HCJ Suspends Judge Artymovych

The High Council of Justice suspended Vasyl Artimovych, a judge of the Commercial Court of Lviv Region, from administering justice, that is, from considering court cases, due to disciplinary action.

Judge of the Lviv Regional Economic Court Artimovich Vasyl Mykhailovych was temporarily suspended from the administration of justice based on the decision of the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. The decision to hold the judge accountable and apply disciplinary action in the form of a motion to dismiss him was adopted by the Second Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice on October 15, 2025.

The suspension period is until the Supreme Judicial Council adopts a decision to dismiss from office or cancels the decision of the Disciplinary Chamber.
