150 million UAH bail posted for ex-minister Galushchenko
A bail of UAH 150 million has been posted for former Energy Minister German Galushchenko, who is involved in the Midas case. This was reported by Ukrainska Pravda, citing sources in law enforcement agencies.
According to journalist sources, four private companies posted bail for the former owner:
· LLC "Tetras Optima" - 54 million UAH. Founded in 2022, the company specializes in wholesale trade in wood. The owner of the company is a resident of Kharkiv region, Tetyana Linnikova. According to media reports, the company submitted its last financial report for 2023. At that time, it was indicated that its income was 7.9 million UAH, profit was 35.6 thousand UAH, and assets were 967.5 thousand UAH.
· Giran Konstrakt LLC – UAH 87 million. The company was established in 2024, it is registered in Brovary, Kyiv region and specializes in wholesale trade in iron products, plumbing and heating equipment. The company’s authorized capital is UAH 5 thousand, and its owner is Olena Sidun. “Schemes” note that Olena Sidun’s number in the subscriber identification application is signed as “Controller LvivOblEnergo” and “Controller Svitlo Lviv”.
· Skyt Retail LLC – UAH 5 million. The company has been operating since April 2021 and specializes in brokerage in the trade of a wide range of goods. The company belongs to Tatyana Stepnykh. There is no information about its financial indicators in open registers. At the same time, it is known that previously the company’s registration as a VAT payer was canceled due to failure to submit declarations or lack of supplies.
· LLC "Pellet Service" – 4 million UAH. According to "Schemes", this company specializes in logging operations. The director and owner of the company is listed as 34-year-old Kyiv resident Nazar Boyko. He also owns four more companies. Other users have Boyko's number signed as "Nazar Ukrbud", "Nazar Kmda", "Nazar Kyivmiskbud".
German Galushchenko is a suspect in the EBK database.
