The plot of the case : on June 30, 2023, it became known about the denunciation of the people's elected official from "European Solidarity" Serhii Alekseev "in hot water".
Employees of the special services exposed the current People's Deputy, who promised a foreigner to solve the issue of his extradition for 50,000 dollars.
As noted in the Security Service, Alekseev probably received a bribe in two "tranches" - 20 and 30 thousand US dollars. Together, it turns out to be 50.
"For 50,000 US dollars, the people's deputy promised the foreigner his assistance in avoiding extradition. For this, the parliamentarian "guaranteed" to use his own connections with the court, so that the decision of the State Migration Service on the refusal to grant the foreigner refugee status would be overturned," the message read.
It is worth noting! in "EU" they confirmed that they detained their fellow party member and declared about political oppression and violations of procedural norms by law enforcement officers during the searches: "The party considers these actions as a continuation of political provocations aimed at discrediting the political force and intimidating its representatives, hindering the activities of the People's Deputy."
Later, Alekseev himself announced political persecution in the Verkhovna Rada hall. He says that there was no bribe, and this money is payment for lawyer's services.
The deputy was informed of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code. It refers to fraud committed on a particularly large scale or by an organized group.
It should be noted that the pre-trial investigation was carried out by the State Bureau of Investigation under the operational support of the SBU.
"Urgent investigative actions are ongoing at the suspect's place of residence," the Office of the Prosecutor General wrote at the time.
It is also important that the special services published a recording of a telephone conversation in which Alekseev's voice can be heard promising a foreigner, most likely a German citizen, to help with some issues for money.
Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin also spoke about this case.
"Кричущий факт, що цей нардеп - ще й голова підкомітету діяльності органів правопорядку Комітету з питань правоохоронної діяльності. Тобто мав би працювати заради дотримання закону", - прокоментував справу Костін.
Після гучного скандалу, 3 липня 2023 у Личаківському районному суді Львова нардепу обрали запобіжний захід — 60 діб тримання під вартою із можливістю внесення застави у розмірі 2 мільйони 264 тисячі гривень.
Заставу за нардепа внесли того ж дня ввечері і вже 4 липня він був на свободі.

Те, що Алєксєєв входить до фан клубу мера Києва, було відомо давно. Однак нардеп вирішив використати прізвище Кличко і у випадку зі своєю справою.
Так, наприклад, Алєксєєв заявив, що справа проти нього — помста та переслідування опозиції, тому що Алєксєєв був основним доповідачем щодо повноважень міського голови Києва Кличка.
«Я був доповідачем в Конституційному Суді щодо конституційного подання, основним доповідачем щодо повноважень мера Києва. Що мер, який обраний народом, є очільником КМДА. Що більше, я був автором альтернативного законопроєкту, де всі повноваження переходять до мера. Ми розуміємо, що все через це відбувається», – додав Алєксєєв.
Статки: Декларація Алєксєєва значно красномовніша, ніж будь- які його виправдання.
У народного обранця є чимала колекція елітних годинників: Ulysse Nardin, Rolex, Hublot Ferrari тощо. Зокрема, годинник марки Ulysse Nardin Freak. Вартість цієї марки годинника становить від 70 000 до 130 000 дол. Ціна годинника Rolex Gold варіюється від 30 000 до 60 000 дол, а Panerai Ferrari Gold може коштувати від 12 000 дол. Ціна Hublot Ferrari Gold близько 33 000 дол та Breguet Marine Gold від 26 900 дол.
За скромними підрахунками, лише колекція годинників у депутата Алєксєєва “затягує" на 172 000 тис. доларів.
Задекларував Алєксєєв і дорогі годинники у власності дружини. Зокрема Ulysse Nardin Gold діапазон цін на які варіюються від 10.900 – 15,700 дол; Rolex Gold від 39 000 — 100 000 дол., Chopard Gold від 9 500 — 30 000 дол.
До того ж, Алєксєєв має солідний автопарк елітних автівок. У 2012 році він придбав Ferrari 458 Italia 2011 року випуску. Так у власності Алексєєва опинились майже новий “суперкар" вартість якого у 2011 році складала близько 230 000 тис. дол. Крім, Ferrari у власності Сергія Алєксєєва Mercedes-Benz GL450 2006 року випуску (дата набуття прав 2006).
Ціна такої автівки у 2006 році складала 120.000 євро та Mercedes- Benz S500L 4 Matic 2011 року (дата набуття прав 2012 рік). У 2012 році ціна Mercedes-Benz S500L 4 Matic стартувала від 100 000 дол.
Відповідно до декларації, Алєксєєв має у власності водний мотоцикл Sea-Doo BRP RXT 260. У 2021 році такий водний мотоцикл оцінювався майже у 14 000 дол.

In general, the value of the real estate, car fleet and material assets of the people's deputy is, according to the most modest calculations, more than 6 million dollars.
Scandals : Before the story of the corruption scheme, Serhii Alekseev was repeatedly targeted by law enforcement officers.
So, for example, in 2015, in the context of the investigation into the financing of terrorism, the SBU conducted a search and seized documents from some clients of Unicredit Bank, including the company "Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners", the founder of which was Alekseev himself.
In particular, in the materials of the case No. 234/537/16-k, it is noted that a group of persons entered into a criminal conspiracy with the aim of further facilitating the activity of representatives of the terrorist organization "LPR" by providing them with assistance in creating a conversion center in the territory of the Kharkiv region for the further baseless transfer of funds .
According to mass media, Serhii Alekseev is also closely connected with Yanukovych's regime and his closest entourage, Serhii Kurchenko, Portnov, etc.
Although Alekseev was a member of the BPP, his ties with Yanukovych's team were so strong that in 2016 he did not vote for the draft Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" N3465, which was supposed to extend the law on "absentee justice" to all accomplices
