Scandals: in March 2024, it became known that Volodymyr Kreidenko, a member of parliament from the "Servant of the People" party, moved to a new apartment in one of the new residential complexes in Pechersk in Kyiv during the war, as reported in the Bihus.Info investigation.
Information about the new apartment appeared on the social networks of the MP's wife at the end of 2022, but it is missing from Kreydenko's declaration for 2022. Moreover, it is not owned by the MP or his wife.
The owner of the home has been Volodymyr Kreydenko's father since the fall of 2022. The apartment, with an area of 111 square meters, should cost approximately $200,000.
After journalists approached him, the MP admitted that he had indeed changed his place of residence. But he allegedly moved to his father's apartment only in January 2023, and before that he had only been there as a guest, so he did not indicate it in his 2022 declaration. Kreidenko explained that his father had the funds to purchase such an apartment because he had sold a house in Melitopol and was also involved in the cherry trade.
My parents sold the house before that. Melitopol is famous for its cherries, and my father was involved in this business, selling these cherries directly by truck, selling them to different countries, and doing business.
In December 2024, it became known that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau is investigating criminal proceedings into the alleged lie in the declaration of People's Deputy Volodymyr Kreydenko for 2022. This is evidenced by the materials of the court case and confirmed by the interlocutors of the publication "Word and Deed" in anti-corruption bodies.
According to the interlocutors, NABU is investigating the case of alleged false declaration by People's Deputy Kraydenko (Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to NABU detectives, he did not indicate in the declaration for 2022 an apartment in Kyiv with a total area of 111 square meters in one of the new residential complexes in Pechersk, which belongs to his father.
According to Bihus.info journalists, Kreydenko and his family began living there in 2022, as evidenced by the publications of the people's deputy's wife on Instagram. At the same time, according to detectives, the people's deputy personally participated in the selection and viewing of the apartment before its purchase, and was also present when his father concluded the apartment purchase and sale agreement. In addition, after the Bihus.info story about this apartment, Kreydenko's family began to take measures to conceal and hide photos and videos from this apartment.
Currently, NABU detectives are conducting investigative actions in the case; the MP was not informed about the suspicion.
Assets: in his 2023 declaration, Volodymyr Kreidenko indicated that he owns four land plots and a residential building in the Kyiv region. In addition, the People's Deputy uses an apartment (worth UAH 4,841,978) and a parking space in the capital free of charge, which, according to the declaration, belong to his father Viktor.
In addition, the MP owns a Nissan X-Trail car worth UAH 838,764.
Volodymyr Kreydenko's income for the second year of the full-scale war was UAH 1,523,654.
The MP keeps his main monetary assets in cash. In particular, he declared $209,000 in cash.

Persons who should react: currently, law enforcement officers are already conducting investigative actions in the case, but the suspicion has not yet been reported to the People's Deputy.
