The story of the case: According to the version of the investigation, the people's deputy evaded payment during the determination of the tax base of the tax on the income of individuals from the sale of their own real estate in the period 2012-2019.
In September 2021, the Prosecutor General's Office announced the completion of the investigation into Myalik's case. According to the version of the law enforcement officers, for seven years he was engaged in entrepreneurship — he sold real estate in apartment buildings in Petropavlivska Borshchagivka and Sofiivska Borshchagivka near Kyiv without registering as a sole proprietorship or a legal entity. He declared income from sales as the income of a natural person from the sale of his own property and paid a tax of 5% instead of 18%. In this way, the people's deputy avoided paying UAH 118 million in tax, according to the prosecutor's office.
As of 2020, Viktor Myalik owned 158 apartments in Sofiivska Borshchagivka. However, according to the results of the trial, the prosecution's version was not confirmed, as a result of which the court issued an acquittal.
From 2015 to 2020, by proxy, the authorized person sold the real estate of the People's Deputy and transferred over 360 million hryvnias of income from these transactions to Myalik's account.

Three criminal cases have been brought against Viktor Myalik and his construction companies due to various scams.
The first case: a lawsuit from the deputy prosecutor of the Kyiv region against "BARCELONA YU EY" LLC and the Sofia-Borshchagiv village council of the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district of the Kyiv region. Since 2017, "BARLESON YU EY" has been accused of illegally owning a plot of land.
"TOV" BARCELONA YU EY is a partner of the developer Majalik V. M. He was involved in the case as a third-party defendant. This company is also Myalik's partner in another project for the construction of the "Lviv estate" residential complex. This residential complex is involved in 35 court cases, has a tax debt, authorized capital - 2 thousand hryvnias and is located on the same street as Viktor Myalik's "MDS-BUD".
The second case: Olena Vasylivna, a resident of the town of Vyshneve Yevtushok, filed a lawsuit against V. M. Myalik demanding financial compensation for non-fulfillment, as a representative of the developer, of the terms of the sales contract. The trial has been going on since 2016, and all this time the woman has been unable to move into the apartment or return the money.
The third case: a resident of Sofiyska Borshahivka also filed a complaint against the developer Viktor Myalik. The story is similar - a man can neither move into an apartment nor get his money back.
By the way, Viktor Myalik's company "MDS-BUD" is not officially listed in the list of developers of the Kyiv region, it has a charter capital of 9 thousand hryvnias and is registered in a dormitory apartment. This is very similar to the signs of a fictitious company.
