Lawyer Nosov Fined UAH 6,656 During Appeal Proceedings
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a 6,656 UAH fine on lawyer Oleksiy Nosov, who was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for offering to provide $200,000 in illegal benefits to prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office for transferring part of the case of businessman Mykhailo Kiperman to another body.

Earlier, the High Anti-Corruption Court refused to close the criminal proceedings on the accusation of lawyer Oleksiy Nosov of offering a bribe to the NABU and SAPO in the interests of the defendant in the case, businessman Mykhailo Kiperman.
