HACC Appeals to Review Vlasenkova’s Appeal

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider an appeal against the verdict sentencing former judge of the liquidated District Administrative Court of Kyiv, Olena Vlasenkova, to 5.5 years in prison for receiving unlawful benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court found former judge Vlasenkova guilty of receiving illegal benefits. She was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison, with a ban on holding positions in state authorities for 3 years, and confiscation of all property. The accused and her defense lawyers filed appeals.
To open appeal proceedings on the appeals of the accused (Vlasenkova), the accused's defense lawyers against the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court of June 11, 2025. To set a deadline for the participants in the court proceedings to file objections to the appeals by July 31, 2025

We also previously reported that the Supreme Court will consider an appeal against the verdict , which sentenced former judge of the Zhovtnevy District Court of the city of Dnipro, Vadym Galichy, to 2.5 years in prison, but released him from serving his sentence due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
