The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court is ready to consider appeals against the verdict sentencing former Deputy Head of the Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy Region Roman Shevchenko to 7 years in prison and lawyer Yevhen Rudnev to 6 years.

As is known, the anti-corruption court found former Sumy Region Police Chief Shevchenko and lawyer Rudnev guilty. They were sentenced to 7 and 6 years in prison, respectively. The defendants and their defense attorneys filed appeals.
