HACC Appeals Reduces Bail for AMCU Head Kyrylenko’s Wife

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail amount from UAH 9 million to UAH 242,240, which was set for Alla, the wife of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, in the case of illegal enrichment of over UAH 72 million.
As is known, the anti-corruption court set a bail of UAH 9 million for Kyrylenko's wife Alla. She was given the following obligations: to appear at every summons; not to leave Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; to report a change of residence; to refrain from communicating with persons specified in the court ruling; to hand over her international passports for safekeeping.
The appeal of the suspect's defense lawyer shall be partially satisfied. The decision of the investigating judge of the HACC dated June 6, 2025 in the part of determining the suspect a preventive measure in the form of a bail in the amount of UAH 9,000,000 shall be canceled. In this part, a new decision shall be issued, by which the detective's motion shall be partially satisfied. To determine the suspect a preventive measure in the form of a bail in the amount of eighty times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is UAH 242,240. In the remaining part, the decision of the investigating judge of the HACC dated June 6, 2025 shall be left unchanged.
Pavlo Kyrylenko is a suspect in the EBK database.
As is known, the anti-corruption court refused to arrest Kyrylenko and released him on bail of UAH 30.28 million. He was also given the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; to report a change of residence; not to leave Kyiv without permission; to refrain from communicating with witnesses; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, Kyrylenko's electronic bracelet was removed and he was allowed to move freely around Ukraine. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that the remaining duties be extended for another two months. We also reported that the SAPO had referred Kyrylenko's case to court.
