The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court found guilty the great defender of the head of the department of exploitation of Budinki, the dispute and the social security of the Prosecutor General's Office Apollinary Nagalevsky, but called for his punishment.

According to the accused, Nagalevsky Prodovzh in 2015 ensured the establishment and payment of government agreements between the Prosecutor General's Office and private companies for the purpose of carrying out repair work at the premises of the PGO without the intention of actually extinguishing them. Apparently, the anti-corruption court found Nagalevsky guilty of this unlawful benefit (Part 1 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code) and awarded him punishment for the loss of his will.
