Title: Appeal Finds Ex-PGO Official Guilty but Releases Him
The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court found guilty the great defender of the head of the department of exploitation of Budinki, the dispute and the social security of the Prosecutor General's Office Apollinary Nagalevsky, but called for his punishment.
This decision was praised by AC HACC. Apparently, the anti-corruption court found the prosecuting officer of the Prosecutor General's Office, Apollinary Nagalevsky, not guilty. The SAPO prosecutor filed a complaint about this matter. The judge found the accused guilty, but reclassified him as a lesser serious crime.

According to the accused, Nagalevsky Prodovzh in 2015 ensured the establishment and payment of government agreements between the Prosecutor General's Office and private companies for the purpose of carrying out repair work at the premises of the PGO without the intention of actually extinguishing them. The robots did not disappear from the pouch; the PGO government transferred 1.8 million UAH to the companies.
Apparently, the anti-corruption court found Nagalevsky guilty of this unlawful benefit (Part 1 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code) and awarded him punishment for the loss of his will. According to the accused, he transferred 5,000 dollars to the intermediary with the further transfer of the said pennies to the bonds of the first protector of the head of the State Audit Service, Stanislav Kosinov. The method of transferring funds was used by Kosinovym to review the results of a scheduled visual audit of other financial and state activities of the PGO.
