Businessman Dubinsky freed on UAH 60M bail – HACC

Businessman Leonid Dubynskyi was charged with UAH 60 million in bail as an alternative preventive measure to detention in the case of his organization of a scheme to appropriate UAH 129 million allocated for the restoration of critical infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The journalists were informed about this at the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The account of the High Anti-Corruption Court has received UAH 60 million in bail paid for a businessman who was recently remanded in custody with the option of bail.
Currently, in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals, Dubynskyi has been assigned the following obligations: not to leave the settlement in which he lives without permission; to report a change in his place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with a number of people; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
We will remind, earlier the HACC took into custody businessman Leonid Dubynskyi , whom the NABU and SAPO suspect of organizing a scheme to misappropriate UAH 129 million allocated for the restoration of critical infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Also, a police officer was recently detained in Volyn for extorting "kickbacks".
