Court extends obligations for former Border Guard chief
The High Anti-Corruption Court extended until July 26 the term of office of the former head of the State Border Service, Serhiy Deinek, in the framework of the bribery case.
As is known, the anti-corruption court applied a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 10 million to the former head of the State Border Service, Serhiy Deineka. At the same time, he was imposed with the following obligations: to arrive upon first demand; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission; to report a change of his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with the suspects in this criminal proceeding and witnesses; to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.
The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that these obligations be extended for another two months.
To extend the term of the suspect (Deynets) of the obligations stipulated in Part 5 of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code until July 26, 2026 inclusive
The court also extended the obligations imposed on the former head of the Solomonovo border service department, Oleksandr Marushchak, and the former head of the Dolsk border service department, Roman Yakhvan, until July 26. They have the same list of responsibilities.
