Rostyslav Ilnytsky, a former Lviv prosecutor and son-in-law of lawyer Bohdana Moskva, who is suspected of forging documents to travel abroad, is serving in the TCP in Transcarpathia. In July last year, Ilnytsky was mobilized into a newly created mechanized brigade for an officer position. In early April of this year, the man filed a declaration for transfer to the Khust DTCP and SS.

Rostyslav Ilnytsky's declaration states that in 2024 he received UAH 68,351 in salary at the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCP and SS), as well as UAH 74,549 in military unit A5003. While his wife Roksolana Moskva-Ilnytska earned UAH 116,233 at the private enterprise "Energoprofil", and also received UAH 16,000 in social payments.

Rostyslav Ilnytskyi keeps $102,500 and 197,000 hryvnias in cash. His wife has $30,000, 7,200 euros, and 250,000 hryvnias in cash. Daughter Sofia has 3,000 hryvnias.

The former prosecutor has the right to free use of an apartment with an area of ​​65 sq. m. in Lviv, which belongs to Theodosia Ilnytska. In addition, Rostyslav Ilnytska owns a land plot with an area of ​​20,000 sq. m. in the Turkivska community, which he purchased in 2018. His wife owns a residential building with an area of ​​102.2 sq. m. in Lviv, which was purchased in 2023, and an apartment with an area of ​​54 sq. m. in Lysynichy, which she bought in 2024. Roksolana Moskva-Ilnytska also owns a 2021 AUDI Q8 car, purchased in the same year.

Rostyslav Ilnytskyi is applying for a position at the Khust City Territorial Center for Recruiting and Social Support. According to the law, mobilization for military service is a reason for stopping the proceedings in the case.
