HACC Cuts Former Klitschko Deputy’s Bail to UAH 14.4m
The High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the amount of bail set for the former Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Oleksandr Spasybko, in the land case of businessman Komarnytskyi from UAH 16 to 14.4 million .
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court took Spasybko into custody with the alternative of 20 million UAH of bail. Later, the arrest was extended and the bail was left unchanged. These funds were paid and the suspect was released from custody. Later, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail to 16 million UAH. Spasybko's defense lawyer again requested to change the preventive measure.
The motion is partially granted. Change the alternative measure of restraint in the form of bail imposed on the suspect (Spasybka), setting the bail at UAH 14,400,000.
The court returned to NEMESIDA JSC the difference in the deposited deposit in the amount of UAH 1.6 million.
