The capital's law enforcement officers exposed members of an organized group who fabricated the conclusions of the MMC and contributed to the evasion of mobilization.

According to the investigation, an ex-employee of the Metropolitan Military Commissariat involved an active employee of the DTCP and a medical worker of the city hospital in the criminal scheme of transporting conscripts across the state border.
The doctor provided the men with fake medical documents, and an employee of the DTCP facilitated the passage of the military medical commission. As a result of such actions of the suspects, conscripted men were given the opportunity to go abroad.
During the pre-trial investigation, the law enforcement officers documented the receipt of the "services" of the suspects by four conscripted men. One of them, using the conclusion of the MMC and the "temporary certificate of a conscript" with data on his exclusion from military registration, crossed the state border of Ukraine.
The cost of mobilization evasion services, according to the prosecutor's office, was between 6,000 and 12,000 dollars per person.
The police report that they conducted a series of searches at the places of residence of the persons involved, in the premises of the TCP and the hospital. They seized medical documentation, draft records, computer equipment, various media, mobile phones, as well as 5 million hryvnias.
The Central Military Medical Commission canceled the previous decisions of the district military medical commissions regarding those men who managed to use the "services" of the perpetrators, the NPU notes.
Three participants in the scheme were charged with aiding and abetting evasion of military service. In addition, the doctor was charged with aiding in the illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine, and the ex-military commissar was charged with assisting in the illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine and receiving an unlawful benefit for influencing the decision-making by a person authorized to perform state functions.
The organizer and another figure were remanded in custody with bail, and the third violator is under night house arrest, the police said.
