NABU puts ex-Deputy Head of Presidential Office Shurma on wanted list

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau has put former Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Rostyslav Shurma and his brother Oleg on the wanted list in the case of embezzlement of UAH 141 million on the "green" tariff.
The relevant information has been published in the wanted records of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The suspects' disappearance date is listed as February 12, 2026.
Rostislav Shurma is a suspect in the EBK database.
We will remind, on January 21, 2026, NABU and SAPO reported the exposure of a scheme to appropriate funds intended for payments under the "green" tariff, which operated in favor of a number of commercial energy generating enterprises located in the occupied territory of Zaporizhia region.
Among the suspects are former Deputy Head of the President's Office Rostyslav Shurma, his brother Oleg, a confidant of the former high-ranking official, managers and employees of controlled enterprises, as well as the former commercial director of Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo JSC.
Later, former Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Rostyslav Shurma stated that he was ready to cooperate with the investigation, but from Germany.
