NABU and SAPO have completed investigating the case of MP Mykola Zadorozhnyi on the organization of his receipt of illegal benefit, in which the former deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police, Oleg Tkachenko, and the senior operational officer of the same department, Vyacheslav Miroshnyk, are also suspected.

The press services of the authorities reported this, but did not mention the names of the suspects. According to media reports, these are the individuals in question.

The SAPO prosecutor has decided to complete the pre-trial investigation in the case of a People's Deputy of Ukraine, who, with the assistance of the acting deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine and his subordinate, demanded an illegal benefit for not obstructing the repair work of infrastructure facilities in Sumy region. The actions of the People's Deputy were qualified as crimes under Part 4 of Article 368, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 15, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The actions of the police officers were qualified as crimes under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 15, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
