SAP Seeks Confiscation of House and Land from Acting Customs Head

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office is requesting the confiscation of a residential building and a land plot under it in the Kyiv region, where the Acting Head of the State Customs Service, Serhiy Zvyagintsev, lives.
This is stated in the decision of the HIghAnti-Corruption Court and confirmed by the media.
The SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit against the acting head of the State Customs Service Zvyagintsev, in which he requests the confiscation of a residential building with a total area of 236.8 square meters and a land plot under it with an area of 0.12 hectares in Ivankovychy, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region. The specified property is registered in the name of Zvyagintsev's father-in-law Mykola Nikov. According to the prosecutor's office, Zvyagintsev and his relatives did not have sufficient funds to purchase these assets.
The Supreme Court of Justice scheduled a hearing to consider the lawsuit for October 1 at 1:00 p.m.
