SAPO to Transfer Zadorozhniy Case to Court

After November 3, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will refer to court the case of People's Deputy Mykola Zadorozhnyi on the organization of his receipt of illegal benefits.

It was until this date that the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court limited the time for the defense to review the investigation materials.

The motion is partially granted. The defense party is given a deadline of November 3 inclusive to review the materials of the pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings, after which the defense party will be considered to have exercised its right to access them.

Let us remind you that  Mykola Zadorozhny  is a person involved in the EBK base.

We previously reported that NABU and SAPO have completed investigating the case of MP Mykola Zadorozhnyi for organizing his receipt of illegal benefits, in which the former deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police, Oleg Tkachenko, and the senior operational officer of the same department, Vyacheslav Miroshnyk, are also suspected.
