The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against the Acting Head of the State Customs Service, Serhiy Zvyagintsev, for false declaration.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, but it did not mention the name of the person involved. According to media reports, it is Zvyagintsev.

On May 12, 2025, the SAPO prosecutor sent an indictment to the court accusing the Acting Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of intentionally introducing, by the subject of declaration, knowingly false information into the declarations of a person authorized to perform state or local self-government functions, as provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" (Part 1, Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
