SAP to Transfer Kirilenko Case to Court in July

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will submit an indictment against the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, to the court after July 4. NABU and SAPO suspect him of illegal enrichment of UAH 72.1 million , as well as of false declarations.

It is until this date, according to the decision of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of April 29, that the defense has a deadline to familiarize itself with the investigation materials.

The motion is partially granted. To establish a deadline for the defense party, namely the suspect (Kyrylenko - ed.) and his defense attorney, as well as other lawyers who may be involved as defense attorneys for the suspect, in the event that they provide the prosecution with documents stipulated in Part 1 of Article 50 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, to familiarize themselves with the materials of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings until July 4, 2025 inclusive, after which the defense party will be considered to have exercised its right to access the materials of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings

Pavlo Kyrylenko is a suspect in the EBK database.

Recall that, according to the investigation, in 2020-2023, the specified person, while holding the position of head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, acquired 21 real estate properties and 1 luxury car by registering ownership rights for his wife's relatives.
