SAP sends case of ex-SFS head’s father-in-law to court image

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against the father-in-law of the former head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, the owner of the Altis group of companies, Oleksandr Glymbovsky.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, but it did not mention the names of the suspects. According to media reports, this is Nasirov Glimbovsky's father-in-law.

On May 2, 2025, the SAPO prosecutor sent an indictment to the court against a person close to the former head of the State Fiscal Service and his advisor, who were involved in the implementation of a scheme to legalize part of the illegal profit that the head of the State Fiscal Service received for his own benefit and that of third parties during 2015–2016. This is a record bribe of over UAH 722 million, which was given for actions related to ensuring VAT reimbursement to legal entities controlled by the owner of the agricultural holding in the amount of over UAH 3.2 billion. The actions of the person close to the former head of the State Fiscal Service are qualified as crimes under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 368, Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and his advisor - under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

Earlier, the High Anti-Corruption Court lifted the arrest of 76 apartments belonging to the closed-end, non-diversified venture corporate investment fund Amtel. It was previously owned by the beneficiary of the Altis group of companies, Oleksandr Glimbovsky.
