HACC keeps Nyvky park case against ex-KCSA deputy
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left the criminal proceedings in the High Anti-Corruption Court on charges against former Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Petro Olenych , former Head of the Land Resources Department of the Kyiv City State Administration Dmytro Novakovsky, and former Director of the Ukrainian Marka Company Vitaliy Artsimovich in the illegal transfer of part of the Nyvky Park in Kyiv for development.
This was reported by the press service of the AC HACC, but did not mention the names of the defendants. According to media reports, these are Olenych, Novakovsky, and Artsimovich. Their case was transferred to court in October 2025.
On April 22, 2026, the panel of judges of the AC of the HACC considered the submission of a judge of the HACC dated April 2, 2026 to refer the criminal proceedings against the former director of the land resources department of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council and other suspects from the HACC to another court. Based on the results of the consideration, the panel of judges of the AC of the HACC dismissed the said submission.
