The investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court has chosen a preventive measure for the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, who is a suspect in the case of the seizure of capital land.
This was reported by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office on Telegram.
According to media reports, this is Petro Olenych. The judge supported the prosecutor's position and sent the official to pre-trial detention for two months.
As an alternative, Olenich will be able to be released on bail in the amount of 15 million hryvnias.
If bail is posted, the person will be subject to appropriate procedural obligations.
