Court again extends obligations for former Lviv commercial court judge

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of former judge of the Lviv Regional Commercial Court Vasyl Artimovich until September 14. The NABU and the SAPO suspect him of abuse of influence.
As is known, the anti-corruption court extended Artimovich's arrest, but reduced his bail to UAH 6 million. These funds were paid and he was released from custody. He was given the following obligations: not to leave the Lviv region without permission; to report a change in his place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with other suspects in this criminal proceeding and witnesses; to hand over his foreign passports and wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the court lifted the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet and not leave the Lviv region without permission. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office again asked the court to extend the remaining obligations for another two months.
To extend the term of the suspect (Artymovych)'s duties, extended by the decision of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated May 25, 2026, for two months
