Anti-corruption court extends obligations for Lviv judge Bilous

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of Yuriy Bilous, judge of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv, until September 6.
As is known, the HACC applied a preventive measure to the judge of the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv, Yuriy Bilous. He was set a bail of UAH 60,560 with the following obligations: to appear upon each demand; to report a change of his place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with the persons specified in the ruling of the investigating judge; to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.
The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office again requested the extension of all these obligations.
The prosecutor's motion is granted. The term of the duties assigned to the accused (Bilous) is extended until September 6, 2026.
