HACC extends duties for Lviv judge Bilous

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of Yuriy Bilous, a judge of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv, until July 12. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses him of abuse of influence and false declarations.
As is known, the HACC applied a preventive measure to the judge of the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv, Yuriy Bilous. He was set a bail of UAH 60,560 with the following obligations: to appear upon each request; not to leave Lviv and the Lviv region without permission; to report any change of his place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with the persons specified in the ruling of the investigating judge; to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.

The prosecutor's motion is partially granted. The term of the duties assigned to the accused (Bilous) is extended until July 12, 2026.
