Court to review unlawful assets case of Ukrainian Armed Forces officer

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court will consider the case regarding the recovery of unfounded assets worth UAH 2.9 million from the head of the fuel and lubricants warehouse of the logistics center of the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and his relatives.
This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.
As established by the State Bureau of Investigation investigators, in 2024, the wife of a serviceman, on his instructions, purchased a residential building and a land plot in the Lviv region with an area of 180.8 m² worth 2.9 million UAH. A year later, the house was sold for 2.7 million UAH.
The investigation showed that the couple did not have sufficient legal income and savings to purchase this property. The State Bureau of Investigation forwarded the materials on the signs of unfoundedness of the assets to the SAPO.
After processing the materials, the SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals for the amount of over UAH 2.9 million.
