Recall, according to the investigation, during August-November 2023, Kopystira, in collusion with the director of the state enterprise "Ukrkomunobslugovuvannya" Alla Sushon, made a proposal to provide an illegal benefit to Kubrakov for the benefit of his own company LLC "Citygazservice". The illegal benefit should be 2% of the area of the residential complex, which in the future will be built on land in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv at the address Tiraspolska Street, 43. That is, the approximate size of the illegal benefit in the form of real estate should be from 4200 to 4900 square meters.
This property was offered in exchange for Kubrakov not making any changes or terminating the contracts dated December 9, 2022, concluded between the State Enterprise “Ukrkomunobslugovuvannya” (under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Development) and LLC “Citygasservice”. On October 5, Kopystyrya, through an intermediary, provided updated data on the transfer of the unlawful benefit – the area of the property should be 5257.37 sq. m. In October-November, Kopystyrya provided part of the unlawful benefit to Kubrakov – he registered 15 apartments for Anton Hetman’s proxy.
We previously wrote that the Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals extended the duties of two defendants in the Kubrakov case.
It also became known that the SAPO will refer the case of the UCP prosecutor Hunko to court.
