HACC seizes assets of MP Hunko and his wife
The High Anti-Corruption Court has seized the property of People's Deputy Anatoly Hunko and his wife Natalia in the case of the seizure of agricultural products of state-owned enterprises that are part of the structure of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences.
Such a decision was recently made by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Commission, as reported by Slovo i Dilo with reference to the text of the document and interlocutors in anti-corruption bodies.
The court seized the following property of Hunko and his wife: four land plots in Salny, Nizhyn district, Chernihiv region, with areas of 1.1491, 0.5566, 0.9776 and 0.5012 hectares; Land Rover Range Rover cars, 2014 model, and Toyota Land Cruiser 200, 2017 model; a residential building with an area of 220.6 sq. m in Goholev, Brovary district, Kyiv region; an apartment; three land plots with an area of 0.08 hectares each in Zazimya, Brovary district, Kyiv region, and a garden house in the same settlement with a total area of 585.5 sq. m, and a BMW 730LD car, 2018 model.
Anatoliy Gunko is a suspect in the EBK database.
Recently, the Security Service of Ukraine, together with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, exposed the current People's Deputy of Ukraine , who was exposed in August 2023 for taking bribes for resolving land issues, in dealing with the land of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences for 30 million hryvnias.
Judging by the published facts, in particular the exposure of bribery in 2023, we are talking about Anatoliy Hunko, a people's deputy from Chernihiv region, who is a member of the "Revival of Ukraine" deputy group and was elected from the "Servant of the People" party.
