HACC denied request to expedite review in Vysotskyi case

The High Anti-Corruption Court saw no grounds for accelerating the procedure for reviewing the materials of the pre-trial investigation in the case of suspicion of First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Taras Vysotsky and former Deputy Minister of Economy Oleksandr Hryban in abuses.
As is known, on December 18, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office completed the investigation into the Vysotsky and Hryban cases. The NABU detective requested that the defense be limited in the terms of familiarization with the investigation materials.
The motion is denied. The decision shall enter into force from the moment of its announcement.
Let us remind you that Taras Vysotsky and Oleksandr Hryban are suspects in the EBK base.
Previously, NABU and SAPO completed investigating the case on suspicion of abuse of power by First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Taras Vysotsky, as well as former Deputy Minister of Economy Oleksandr Hryban.
