The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court has released on personal recognizance an estimator of the private firm "Asinkton Stroy", whom the NABU and the SAPO suspect of involvement in the case of businessman Leonid Dubinsky.

The request of the head of the first division of NABU, approved by the prosecutor of the SAPO, for the application of a preventive measure in the form of a personal obligation, shall be partially granted. To apply a preventive measure in the form of a personal obligation to the suspect for a period of two months, but within the period of the pre-trial investigation

– the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice states.

The court imposed the following obligations on the suspect: not to leave the settlement in which he lives without permission; to report any change in his place of residence and/or place of work; to refrain from communicating with a number of persons and to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.

We will remind, earlier the HACC took into custody businessman Leonid Dubynskyi , whom the NABU and SAPO suspect of organizing a scheme to misappropriate UAH 129 million allocated for the restoration of critical infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

After some time, 60 million UAH was paid as bail for businessman Leonid Dubinsky as an alternative preventive measure to detention.
