Anti-corruption court sets hearing in former Lviv commercial court leaders' case
The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for August 25 in the criminal proceedings on charges of former chairmen of the Lviv Regional Commercial Court Vasyl Artimovich and Mykhailo Yurkevich, as well as judge of the Western Appeal Commercial Court Iryna Malekh, of abuse of influence and receiving unlawful benefits.
To schedule a preparatory court hearing in the criminal proceedings against (Artymovych, Yurkevich and Malekh) for August 25, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the premises of the High Court of Justice of Ukraine
Vasyl Artymovych and Mykhailo Yurkevich are involved in the EBK database.
It was previously reported that the High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of the former judge of the Commercial Court of Lviv Region, Vasyl Artimovich, until September 14.
